Build time depends on the size and complexity of the home. Our contract allows for up to 12 months. Many projects finish ahead of schedule, but we believe in transparency. We cannot control delays related to inspections, HOA approvals, weather, illness, or other acts of God.
We issue a short and simple change order. It must be signed before any requested work begins — regardless of whether the change affects cost. Change order costs must also be paid upfront. We believe in being very clear about this process so there are no surprises.
Many of our subcontractors have been with us for over a decade. Those who haven’t are still fully committed to Gateway as their primary source of work.
Yes, we typically do and currently do. We can also help you find and negotiate your dream piece of property if you don't have one locked down yet.
